This is a rare numbers matching, documented 1969 Camaro RS/SS in its factory color Hugger Orange code 72. The body is excellent and is very straight down both sides. The optional hideaway headlights work as they should. All of the glass is clear. The front and rear bumpers and brightwork are in excellent condition. It sits on correct SS 14” wheels with BFG T/A radial tires.
The standard White interior really pops against the Hugger Orange exterior. The interior is stunning and full of desirable options. The interior has been restored from the carpet to the headliner. Rosewood dash there is the optional tachometer, the pad is crack free, factory AM radio, The heater controls the slide with ease. It also features front and rear Deluxe seat belts.
The engine compartment has that “WOW” factor! It features its original 350 ci motor, factory air cleaner and spring type battery cables. Everything is nice and original looking. It has the correct brake booster and master cylinder with correct proportioning valve. This engine bay is nicely detailed and is finished in a black satin.
The undercarriage looks amazing too. Looking up at the motor it is clean as well as the transmission. All the front suspension looks good too. There is a 12 bolt rear end. The floor is all clean metal. It has all new brake and fuel lines, dual exhaust with correct transverse muffler and dual tailpipes that run out the back. The E-brake assembly is complete and working.
The trunk is all clean metal and features a trunk mat, spare tire and jacking assembly. It is nicely detailed with a light coat of spatter paint.
