1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 - SOLD!

X33, 302CI, 4-SPEED
This is a real X33 code Z/28!  302 CE warranty block, correct trans, rear, and colors! Very desirable! Restored to factory specs including smog equipment.
EXTERIOR: There's a great list of features outside this car too! The body is in excellent shape, it looks great in its sought after color LeMans Blue, code 72 with optional white racing stripes running down the Cowl Hood and trunk lid. Looking down both sides, they are straight. It has a smooth glossy finish. The trim sparkles too. It also has the exterior trim package including wheel well moldings, rain gutter trim and louvers on the 1/4 panels. The front and rear bumpers were rechromed. It is rolling on a set of 15” Rally wheels with newer trim rings, center caps and a set of E 70-15 Goodyear Wide Tread GT’s for that original look it deserves.

INTERIOR: The interior was done during the restoration from the carpet to the headliner, all of which is in excellent shape. Between the bucket seats is an optional console with factory gauges. In the dash is an optional 8k tachometer, a clock and factory AM/FM stereo. It features the popular and original Rosewood steering wheel. Down on the floor the carpet looks great and has a nice set of reproduction floor mats. It also has a complete set of original seatbelts. Up above the headliner, visors and mirror look great. All of the interior lights work.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Boy oh boy, there is a lot of desirable stuff under this hood! The legendary DZ 302 is a high revving, high performance motor not to be taken lightly, this one is a CE (counter exchange) warranty block engine with casting number 3956618. The CE code, dates and casting numbers are all correct. It has correct Winters aluminum intake, correct dual feed Holley carb with correct dual feed fuel line, and finned aluminum valve covers. On top is an optional and complete Cowl Induction system. It also includes a complete factory smog system, correct spring type battery cables and GM hoses with correct tower clamps.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It has a 5th matching tire on a restored Rally wheel. Under the trunk lid and jamb are painted smooth and glossy. Inside is rock solid metal with a tidy spatter finish. It features a reproduction carpet mat so it doesn't get condensation under it, weatherstrip seal, insulation and decals.

UNDERSIDE: The steering and suspension were rebuilt. The brakes system was rebuilt. It has disc brakes in front. Lines and hoses were replaced, E-brake is hooked up. Correct reproduction chambered exhaust with transverse muffler and slash cut tailpipes. The fuel system was replaced. Looking up at the motor it is a fresh Chevy Orange and the starter looks correct along with a Muncie M22 4-speed manual transmission. It has a BV12 bolt rear end with 4.10 posi gears. The BV code and the date lines up with the car.

This is one nice Z/28. There are two binders with receipts and pictures of original parts used in restoration. This car is a blast to drive along with it being LeMans Blue and the fact that it is an original Z/28 make this car a great investment!
