The body was off the frame and stripped down to bare metal. It is very sharp looking in a factory color, Marina Blue. The body is excellent (no rust or damage) and so is the fit and finish. The chrome and trim sparkle. It has new weather stripping and seals. It sits on a set of 15X7 Rally wheels with new trim rings and flat center caps, all wrapped with a set of 225/70/15 Cooper Cobra radial GT tires.
The interior has been completely restored from the carpet to the headliner. The seats have new upholstery and cushions. The door panels, armrest bases and pads have been replaced with new. The dash area is in mint condition. The dash features a blinker tach and factory gauges, new dash bezels and heater controls that slide with ease. The factory 4-speed console is very nice along with its factory Muncie 4-speed shifter with reverse look out. Overall it is very nice throughout.
The engine compartment is show quality with a date coded big block 396 ci/350 hp casting number 3902406. It features the correct remote power steering pump, cadmium plated power brake booster with correct dual master cylinder & bleeders, correct portioning valve, GM hoses with factory style tower hose clamps. It has the correct exhaust manifolds, valve covers, chrome air cleaner and Delco battery topper with correct spring style battery cables, hood lamp, newer 4 core radiator with correct fan shroud and fan. Every component looks new and properly installed just like from the factory.
The trunk is detailed with a light coat of spatter paint. It has a trunk mat, spare tire, correct 1967 jack assembly and lug wrench, jacking instructions and posi decals on the bottom side of the trunk lid. It also features newer weather stripping.
The undercarriage is all clean metal. The chassis was completely disassembled and detailed. Looking up at the motor and M20 Muncie 4-speed transmission, they are spotless. The suspension and steering components were completely rebuilt. The floors are immaculate and finished in a semi-black finish. There is a newer Gardner Mandrel bent dual exhaust system with correct mufflers. It has a nice aggressive sound! The fuel system has been replaced including the fuel lines, tank and sending unit. It also has all new brake lines and power front disc brakes. It has A 12-bolt with 3:73 posi rear end gears.
This is one beautiful Chevelle that would give you bragging rights!!!
