1970 Plymouth Roadrunner

It doesn’t get any better than Lime Light, code FJ5 with a black accent hood stripe and white interior, and it was born this way!! Up front the Argent Silver grill is restored, the stainless trim is polished, the front bumper has been rechromed, the rub strips are new, the turn signal lenses are new and a new windshield. All the stainless trim around the windows and roof rails has been polished. It has new window seals and weather stripping. The door jambs look as good as the exterior. The rear of the car has a rechromed bumper, new taillight and back-up lenses and correct factory exhaust tips. It sits on a set of 15” factory Rally wheels with restored center caps and beauty rings all wrapped with BFG T/A radials.

The interior has been completely restored. It has Legendary upholstery with new cushions and fits like a drum. It also has new carpet, door panels and headliner. The dash has been restored. All the chrome trim looks shiny, new dash pad and a factory AM radio that works.  It has factory Rally gauges and tach that works as they should. There are front and rear seat belts, and the sill plates have been polished. It has its factory pistol grip 4-speed shifter!!

The engine compartment is nicely detailed with its number matching 440 6-pack and is painted in a glossy finish. The VIN is stamped on the core support and on the fender tag which is still attached. The motor is painted up nice. It has a factory exhaust manifold, valve covers and air cleaner, correct Mopar radiator, fan shroud and fan. It has the correct radiator hoses, heater hoses with the correct hose clamps and an aftermarket Mopar battery. All the components are date code correct.

The undercarriage is painted just as nice as the top side. The highly detailed floor and factory seams are all clean metal. All the bushings were replaced. The front end was all gone through. The shocks were replaced along with brake and fuel lines during restoration. It has new rear leaf springs. Looking up at the motor, it is spotless. The VIN is stamped on the side of the block. It has its original A-833 4-speed transmission and its original Mopar Dana 60 rear with 4:10 sure grip gears. It also has a new gas tank and straps.

The trunk is like everything else; detailed, painted and clear coated in its factory color Lime Light. It has a factory Rally wheel with a BFG T/A radial as a spare, jack assembly w/lug wrench, trunk mat and new weather stripping.

This V-code Road Runner is highly desirable! Investment grade! It is rust-free, numbers matching and restored to show quality!!
