#’S MATCHING DRIVETRAIN, BUILD SHEET, 4-SPEED TRANSMISSION
This is a very clean California car. The body is very straight and the gaps all line up great. The Tuxedo Black paint is awesome looking! The paint is very smooth and glossy. The white SS stripes are painted on correctly. All the chrome and stainless on this Chevelle shine very nicely. It sits on a set of correct 14” SS wheels with Goodyear Polyglas tires.
The engine compartment is nicely detailed and correct. It has its original number matching 396 ci/350 hp engine. It also features a cadmium plated Delco Moraine brake booster, correct master cylinder, power steering, correct hoses and tower clamps, spring type battery cables and a 4-core radiator with the correct fan shroud. The engine bay is finished in a satin black.
The black interior is new from the carpet to the headliner. The door panels and seat upholstery have all been replaced. The dash looks like it has been replaced. It features the optional tach and gauges. It also has its original Muncie 4-speed shifter coming up from the floor with the correct shifter knob! It even has its original owners manual in the glovebox.
Looking up at the motor, it is clean as well as the Muncie 4-speed transmission. The floors are all clean metal, no signs of rust or patches. There is a 12 bolt 3:31 posi rear end. It also features an F41 suspension, dual exhaust system that runs all the way out the back with the correct exhaust tips and the E-brake assembly is complete, hooked up and working.
Inside the trunk is rock solid with a nice black/aqua splatter finish. It has new weather stripping, trunk mat, spare tire and jacking assembly.
This is one exceptionally great looking Chevelle SS! It has a lot of documentation and is number matching! To top all of that it drives like a dream!
