This is one gorgeous Road Runner! It looks amazing with its original color R4 Barracuda Orange, on a clean and rust free body. It is a very straight car from every angle. All body panels are aligned very well and the door jambs are really nice. The finish on this car is super smooth and glossy. All the chrome and brightwork are in very good shape. The taillights look good (no cracks), the rear bumper has been rechromed and it is very shiny. The door handles are like new, the front grill is original and in nice shape, the front bumper was rechromed and is like new, the turn signal lenses are nice. It has the correct style antenna. The factory tinted glass is in good shape. It rides on a set of original Rally wheels with nice center caps and trim rings, wrapped with a set of Cooker red line tires for that original look it deserves.
The interior is all new. The seats have all new Legendary upholstery and seat cushions, new carpet, new door panels, new armrest bases and new window cranks. The headliner is as tight as a drum. It has the factory steering wheel, factory gauges that all work, factory AM radio, dash pad has no cracks, the dash lenses are clear, nice rear package tray, front and rear seat belts. The windows roll up and down with ease. It also features the popular pistol grip 4-speed shifter.
The 383 cubic inch engine is nicely detailed and painted in its original orange. It has an upgraded electronic ignition for reliability, factory Road Runner MEEP MEEP horn, newer 4-core aluminum radiator, factory manifolds, factory intake manifold with dual feed Holley carb, aftermarket black Mopar valve covers and original air cleaner with 383 call outs on it. The new factory wiring harness looks immaculate. The VIN number is stamped on the core support This engine runs flawlessly and is strong!!
The undercarriage is solid and appears to be original metal. All of the factory seams are clean. It is painted in a satin black finish, NO UNDERCOATING!! The front suspension looks new, new upper and lower ball joints, torsion bar bushings and center link bushings, new shocks front and back, 8 3/4 rear end, sure grip with 3:23 gears, newer dual exhaust that runs all the way out the back, new fuel tank, straps and sending unit. The E-brake is hooked up and in working condition.
The trunk is very impressive with all clean metal. It is painted the same as the body color and detailed with a trunk mat, spare tire, original jack assembly and new weather stripping.
