1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS 396 Convertible

This is one 1969 Chevrolet Camaro you can’t miss! The paint is like glass on this 1969 Camaro, which is wearing a very desirable factory color, Tuxedo Black code 10. It is accented with gloss white stripes running down the hood and trunk lid, which really compliments the black!! All the chrome and brightwork has been replaced along with the weather stripping and seals.The power convertible top is in good shape and goes up and down flawlessly. It sits on a set of Torq Thrust 17” wheels with a set of directional radials 223545/ZR17 on front and 225/55/ZR17 on rear for an aggressive stance.

The engine compartment has a 1970 454 cid LS5 engine bearing casting number 3963512 and suffix code CRQ. It has a Winters aluminum intake and square port heads, Holley dual feed carburetor with correct fuel line,  factory chrome valve covers and correct cowl induction air cleaner. It has a set of ceramic coated  headers, upgraded HEI MSD ignition, a 4-core radiator with fan shroud, and power steering. The engine bay is finished in a black satin.

The interior shows very well and has been restored to the original condition. It features a  factory style three spoke wood steering wheel, tilt steering column, factory gauge package that includes a tachometer in the dash and gauge cluster in the console. The carpet and dash pad all are in nice condition. It also has an AM/FM stereo in the glove box and it also has upgraded kick panels with built-in speakers. There are new sill plates and factory GM front and rear seat belts.

The undercarriage is all clean metal. The bottom of the motor is clean as well as the upgraded 700R4 automatic transmission. It has front disc brakes. There is a 12 bolt posi rear end with 3:31 gears, newer fuel tank, straps and sending unit. The E-brake assembly is complete and working. It has an awesome sounding 2.5” FlowMaster  dual exhaust system with stainless steel exhaust tips running out the back.

The trunk is all clean metal with a light coat of splatter paint and a new weather stripping.

This Camaro runs and drives great! It’ll put you back in your seat and look good doing it!
