1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS
12-BOLT REAR, 4-SPEED TRANS.
This awesome Camaro was restored like new! The body is as straight as an arrow down both sides. It has been repainted in its original color, code 72 Hugger Orange. The paint has a very smooth glossy finish. The SS hockey stick stripes were correctly applied. All of the chrome, trim and emblems are either new or polished like new. It sits on a set of 14x7 Chevy SS Wheels with a set of BFG T/A radial tires.
The engine compartment is very nicely detailed and has a few desirable performance up grades. It has a completely rebuilt period-correct 350 ci motor, casting # 3970010 and is dressed up with an aluminum intake manifold with a dual feed Holley carb, a set of aluminum Edelbrock heads, Chevrolet finned aluminum valve covers, stock exhaust manifolds, correct cowl induction air cleaner, spring style battery cables and correct GM hoses with tower clamps. It also features power steering and power front disc brakes. Everything looks proper-fan shroud, horns and a neatly run wiring harness. The cowl induction is hooked up and working!
The undercarriage is very clean metal. The entire front end looks like it has been rebuilt including the suspension and steering. All new bushings including body bushings. Looking up at the motor, it is clean as well as the M21 Muncie 4-speed transmission. It sports its correct 12-bolt posi rear end with 3:55 gears. It has all new brake and fuel lines, new gas tank, straps and sending unit. The dual exhaust with a factory correct transverse muffler system is like new. The E-brake assembly is complete and working. The undercarriage is painted nicely in a black satin finish. No undercoating, all clean metal.
The interior is new from the carpet to the headliner. The seats have new upholstery. The dash is clean- it has the optional tach in the dash and factory center console with gauges. It sports a Rosewood factory style steering wheel. It has new door panels, armrest bases, window cranks and door handles. All the interior lights work.
The trunk compartment is complete with a trunk mat, spare tire, jack assembly and finished with a light coat of splatter paint.
This is a very desirable car and is very well restored.
