1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS-PENDING!
This 1969 Camaro is really sweet! It’s Burgundy, code 67 and white stripes running down the hood and trunk really sets it off! Nice clean body and is straight down the sides, paint is very smooth and glossy. The fit and finish is excellent, door jambs are nice and glossy. All new weather stripping and window seals, doors open and shut nice (no sagging). All the bright work has been replaced or polished, front and rear bumpers are like new. The front grill, hide-away headlight bezels and RS emblem have been replaced. It rides on a set of 15x7 Chevy Rally wheels with a set of 215/65/15 Firestone Radial tires.
In the engine compartment sits a 1969 350 ci/ 300 hp engine, casting #3970010 with a few performance upgrades: HEI ignition, power steering, Delco Moraine cadmium plated power brake booster and proportioning valves, aluminum finned valve covers, upgraded 4-core radiator with factory fan shroud and clutch fan. It also has the correct spring style battery cables, correct tower hose clamps, GM radiator and heater hoses. The engine bay has been nicely detailed!!
The interior has been completely restored from seat cushions and covers to carpet, headliner and sill plates. The seat upholstery has been upgraded to houndstooth interior. It has the optional tach and gauges and rosewood dash. It has a retro looking AM/FM radio, new dash pad, front and rear Deluxe seat belts, factory horseshoe shifter in its factory center console.
The undercarriage is as clean as the top side. The front end all looks new! New bushings, new brake and fuel lines, subframe has been powder coated and has new body bushings. Floors are all clean metal and painted in satin black finish. Newer front and rear shocks, new gas tank and straps, 2.5 inch dual exhaust system, Turbo 350 3-speed transmission and 3:31 10 bolt posi traction rear end. The undercarriage of this car is really clean.
The trunk is nicely detailed with a spare tire. It has been sprayed with black and aqua splatter paint. The trunk looks to be all original metal. The bottom of the trunk lid has the jacking instructions decal. New trunk weather stripping.
