1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS - SOLD!
ROTISSERIE RESTORED! ORIGINAL PROTECT-O-PLATE!
This is a really sharp looking car. The body is really straight. It has been painted in a factory color code 72, Hugger Orange paint that has been color sanded to a smooth glossy finish. The fit and finish is good. Every piece of exterior trim, lenses, moldings, weather stripping, door seals, front and rear bumpers have been either polished or replaced. The Rally wheels, trim rings and center caps are like new. It has a set of Cooper Cobra radial tires.
The engine compartment is nicely detailed. It starts with a Smeding Performance 383 E- series crate engine-420 hp, ceramic coated headers, new 4- core radiator with the correct fan shroud and fan, an all new engine wiring harness, correct dual horns, newer cadmium plated brake booster with new dual master cylinder. Everything is proper and detailed.
The interior has been completely redone and it is beautiful. The seats were completely redone with new seat cushions and Deluxe Comfort Weave seat upholstery. The interior also has Deluxe door panels and the optional Rosewood dash. It has new carpet, sill plates, window cranks and door handles. The headliner is new and tight as a drum. The dash is in good shape along with the dash pad. The heater controls slide with ease. It has a factory style SS steering wheel, retro AM/FM radio and reproduction Camaro floor mats.
The undercarriage is all clean metal and nicely detailed with all new front end steering and suspension components. The floors were finished in a black satin. The bottom of the motor is clean as well as the transmission. The starter looks new as well as the fuel pump. It has all new brake and fuel lines, new leaf springs and bushings, and a stainless steel dual exhaust system. It has power front disc brakes, new gas tank and straps. The E-brake assembly is complete and working. It also features a 12 bolt posi rear end with 3:73 gears. Everything is like new!!
The trunk is detailed. It is all clean metal finished in a splatter paint finish. It has newer weather striping.
