1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS

A/C, 4-SPEED, LeMANS BLUE

This 1968 Camaro shows very well. The LeMans Blue paint with white SS stripes stands out on a super straight body with nice fit and finish. The doors shut nice. The tinted glass is in good shape and it has a new windshield. All the trim has been polished or replaced. The front and rear bumpers are shiny. The front grill is nice as well as the SS emblem. The mirrors, door handles, tail light bezels and marker light bezels all look new. The SS gas cap and SS hood scoops look new as well. It rides on a set of 15” Chevy Rally’s, center caps and trim rings with 235/60/15 BFG T/A radial tires. The headlights open and close as they should, they have been converted to electric.

The engine compartment is nicely detailed. The 350 cubic inch engine has had a few performance upgrades: a little hotter cam, aluminum intake manifold with a dual feed 4-barrel carburetor and a set of headers. It features a set of chrome valve covers and chrome air cleaner. The hideaway headlights have been converted to Detroit Speed electric; they open and close fast. The A/C components are all there and working. The engine bay is painted and has a satin black finish.

The interior is in nice shape with newer carpet, head liner, door panels and armrest bases. The dash is in great shape with a factory Tic-Toc-Tach. The factory console has factory gauges that work. The interior also has its original three spoke SS steering wheel. It has factory front and rear seatbelts, new vents, sill plates and newer weather stripping. All heater and A/C controls slide freely. It also features a retro AM/FM radio.

The undercarriage is all clean metal. The bottom of the engine is clean as well as the 4-speed transmission. It features power front disc brakes with dual piston calipers and drum brakes in the rear and new rear shocks. It has a 12 bolt posi rear with 4:11 gears and a 3” FlowMaster exhaust. The E-brake cables are hooked up and working. The undercarriage is painted and is finished in satin black.

The trunk is nicely detailed with a coat of splatter paint on clean metal. It has a spare tire, jack assembly, new weather stripping,.

This 1968 Camaro SS/RS  has some desirable features and definitely is easy on the eyes!!
