1968 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible

This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro is very clean. The body is absolutely straight down both sides, no rust or damage. This is a factory Matador Red car. All gaps are square and flush. It has had one repaint and shows very well. There are a few small nicks that have been touched up. Overall the paint is very smooth and glossy. The stainless trim is nice. The front and rear bumpers, door handles and mirror look nice and shiny. All the glass is nice. It has a newer power convertible top and seals. The window seals and weather stripping have been replaced. It rides on a set of 14x7 Chevy Rally wheels with newer radial tires.
The red Deluxe interior really pops against the red exterior. The interior is mostly original. The seat upholstery and cushions are in great condition. It does have newer carpet. This Camaro features front Deluxe seat belts. The deluxe door panels are original. The dash area is in great shape and the lenses are clear. The heater controls slide with ease. The dash pad has no cracks. Other features include a nice center console with factory shifter.
The engine compartment boasts a period-correct 327 cubic inch motor, upgraded brake booster with new dual master cylinder, original 4 barrel Rochester carburetor with correct fuel line and air cleaner, correct valve covers and power steering. The engine bay is painted nicely.
The undercarriage of this Camaro looks clean and proper. The bottom of the motor and transmission are clean. Other features include a custom dual exhaust system that runs all the way out the back, newer fuel tank and sending unit. The E-brake assembly is complete and working. It has a 10-bolt rear end with 3:31 gears. The floors look very clean and original.
The trunk is solid and original. It has a rubber mat, spare tire, jacking assembly and lug wrench. The trunk is finished with a black and aqua splatter paint.
I have driven this Camaro about 200 miles and she runs great!!
