This 1967 Camaro RS/SS is nice eye candy with its factory color, (code N) Madeira Maroon, on a rust free California body. The body is as straight as you can get it, all the panels fit excellent. The fit and finish is excellent. The paint is smooth and glossy. The Bumble Bee stripe on the nose is correct. The trim, chrome, door handles, mirrors, tail light bezels and emblems are like new. All new weather stripping and window fuzzies. The wing windows are like new as are the rubber seals. The front grill is original with no cracks. The hideaway headlights work. It sits on a set of 14x6 Rally wheels with BFG redline radial tires, for that original look!!
The Parchment interior really pops against the Madeira Maroon exterior. It has factory bucket seats with a 4-speed shifter coming out of the floor between them. The dash is in excellent shape. The speedo and gas gauge lenses are clear as well. It has a nice factory RS steering wheel. It has new carpet, sill plates and dash pad, new deluxe door panels and headliner. It also has a retro AM/FM radio and front seat belts.
The engine bay has a satin black finish with a period correct 396 ci/ 375 hp engine, casting number 3916323, 4-core Harrison radiator, factory chrome valve covers and air cleaner, Edelbrock 4-barrel aluminum intake manifold with a dual feed Holley carburetor, correct dual feed fuel line upgraded Pertronix HEI ignition, new wiring harness and new upper control arm bushings.
The undercarriage is just as clean as the topside, rust free and painted in a satin black finish. Bottom of the motor is clean. The 4-speed Muncie transmission has been completely rebuilt and a new clutch assembly put in. It has 2.5” exhaust from the headers back that dump out behind the rear wheel. There is a new gas tank, sending unit and straps. It has a clean subframe and frame rails. The front end looks good, newer front and rear shocks and all body bushings look like they were replaced. The floors are all clean metal.
The trunk is all clean metal and detailed with a coat of factory like splatter paint, the spare tire is on a Chevy Rally wheel, jack assembly, and new trunk weather stripping.
