The body and Skylight Blue (code Y) paint on this Ford Mustang are exceptional. Looking down both sides, it is laser straight. The doors and fenders are aligned perfectly. Up front there is a sparkling pony grill with GT fog lights. The front bumper, emblems, mirror and door handles are like new. The vent window is in good shape. In the back: the bumper, lights and gas cap are like new. It has a GT rear valance with correct exhaust tips. It sits on a set of GT wheels wrapped with BFG T/A radial tires.
The interior is just as amazing as the outside. The blue interior has been restored. It has new seat upholstery and cushions, new carpet, new headliner, door panels and sill plates. The dash lenses, bezels, trim and dash pad all look new. It has a retro AM/FM radio. Everything works including the light in the glovebox!
The engine compartment is nicely detailed with its 289 ci motor; it has a factory intake with Holley carburetor, correct open element air cleaner, chrome valve covers, new radiator and correct master cylinder front disc brakes with 4 piston calipers. The engine bay is clean with a black satin finish and under the hood has a glossy Skylight Blue finish.
The undercarriage is all clean metal. The floors, frame rails and rockers are all clean metal. The entire chassis has been rebuilt and detailed. Up front: all the bushings, shocks, steering components, control arms and disc brakes have been replaced. There is a newer dual exhaust system with correct tips running out the back of the rear valance like a GT. Looking up at the motor and transmission, they are clean. The E-brake assembly is complete and working. It has a new fuel tank and sending unit.
The trunk is clean metal. It is painted the same as the exterior color and comes complete with a spare tire, jack, trunk mat, new fuel tank and weather stripping.
